Same here - at 20, I was 6’1 and 165; now, over 30 years later, I’m 230. I watch football games and marvel at how I’m as big as the fullbacks. I’m looking forward to 756 because I’ve disliked Aaron since about ‘66.

Bonds overtook Alfonso Soriano in the final days of balloting... Sounds like the fix was in. The MSM/MLB wanted Barry playing in his hometown park. They could hype it and make more money.

Agreed - personality-wise, is Barry or Hammerin’ Hank the bigger a-hole? I think they are going in opposite directions - Bonds has mellowed some in recent years and has always gotten along with the San Francisco fans, but Aaron seems to be much more of a jerk now than he was as a player.
