Houston-based KBR was awarded an initial $385 million contract in January 2006 for one year, with four one-year options extended into 2007. KBR held a previous emergency detention contract with ICE from 2000 to 2005.

ICE spokeswoman Jamie Zuieback told Corsi the primary intent of the contract was to build temporary detention facilities that could be used in the event of a mass migration crisis, but she confirmed the facilities could be employed in national emergencies, including natural disasters.

With things the way they are, I don’t disregard anything. I (like a lot of people), I don’t know what’s going on anymore. When you poll Americans, and 70-80% of them say they want the border sealed off, and the existing laws enforced, and the government just keeps rolling with it’s plans— what are we supposed to think? What kind of photos does Ted Kennedy have of all these politicians?

Well, I for one am not surprised anymore. But when you put your trust in someone, and they screw you over at every turn, it does breed mistrust. If you haven’t noticed, we’re being pushed towards civil war.

These camps have been established for years. There are even direction codes on street signs. I’ve always thought the camps were for us. The exponential apartment complexes sprawling over good farmland indicates the number of invaders they expect to house. Quite a downer, hun?
