Well, you certainly did not expect liberal academia to take a stand for what is right. Finally a court understands that RACISM IS NOT A ONE WAY STREET. The victim culture that has plagued this country, and fueled liberal opportunism for so long, may see an end...(but not as long as there are bottom-feeding, race-baiting opportunists scum like Sharpton and Jackson around).

This is the double standard of bigotry where the underlying racist premise is that these children, because of their color, are not capable of civility. It’s the same lowering of the bar that’s implicit in affirmative action.

The reason you don’t see this called a “hate crime” is because the victim in this case is caucasion, and we all know that African American students could never be racist or uncivil in any public discourse if it involves “white folks.”
