O’Reilly, whom I genuinely LIKE, was right on. He said he has listed these “sanctuary cities” on his website. Except for one slight thing, as far as I can tell, the Mayor and City Council have adopted no such "santuary city" ordinance.

Have the others on his site done so? Or is a Sanctuary City de facto rather than de jure, i.e. refusal to cooperate with INS as in Giuliani’s New York City?
