1. We all remember seeing the Wendy's cups in Anna's room. It would have been before Daniel died. Yes???
2. But, when Howard was on the stand, he stuttered that he went out for food...to like a place..like a gas station.
3. That doesn't make a lot of sense. I have trouble distinguishing between Burger King and MacDonald's, because they are similar in lay out and service.
4. But Wendy's is totally different AND, Howard would have been looking at the cups for a long time. I would remember the name Wendy's much easier than the ditty he told.
5. I don't think Howard said WHEN he went to get the food or WHAT he got.

7. Maybe the Wendy's cups were from earlier that day. Maybe we just assumed that he went to Wendy's that night.

11. Did he put BACK the Wendy's cups...as in the photos we saw, replacing the REAL evidence?

14. And why did Howard go out in the middle of the night for crappy food. Hospitals have all kinds of vending machines for drinks and crappy food.
15.Were those cups in the pictures of Danny, Mom and baby??
16. Were the Danny, Mommy and baby pictures taken BEFORE he went out for the food??
Conclusion: Why didn't Howard remember the easiest of memories...Wendy's I think by the time they discovered Daniel, the room was a "set up"...a "scene" if you will.
I'm kinda playing the antagonist, here. But I'm looking for the big mistake and it has to be something we're not looking for because our mind has been been fed "what Howard wants us to see".
Um we don't have Wendy's where I live...

The sweet son Danial was not eating so HKS went to get himself crap food and maybe brought back Milkshakes for the post op Momma and on for the not eating son too?

I'm not too good at the timeline, but is it possible that Howard administered the drug to Daniel before he went to Wendys/gas station? Like maybe he could've done it at a point in which Anna had dozed off and only the two of them were awake. Gave him a drink of some kind. Then he went to Wendys/gas station expecting Daniel to be dead by the time he got back. Just like how he left Anna alone and was MIA from the scene when she died.
Or maybe, although less likely, he could've given something to Daniel in the car on the way from the airport. Something that would take a few hours to kill him.
Does this in anyway conflict with the timeline?
the 'mistake' was, admitting that the wendys, was 'like a 7-ll type store' - Daniel had three or four over-the-counter 'cold' and 'sedative' medications in his system in addition to the three or four prescription drugs...the only place Daniel would have been able to obtain that, would be at a '7-11 type store'...but.... Daniel never left the room ...and...HowardDearest tells us that when he picked Daniel up from the airport they drove 'straight to the hospital'. not passing go, not collecting $200....and not stopping for nyquil....HowardDearest should have written his lies down, he's having a hard time keeping them straight, eh? (grin)
p.s., you asked earlier about when Daniel was to fly back...well, dear HowardDearest stated in an interview that Daniel had 'come out to live...to go to school...' My guess? if Daniel couldn't get his mom to move back home, he was going to stay...(and kick Howard to the curb)....
