Hi...If the will excluded future husbands and children...HKS and Marshal Soto (if he is her son) then wouldn't it also exclude Dannielynn? Sad she didn't protect the children better than that if that turns out to be true (wording of the will)...wonder if they will grow up on welfare waiting for this to be sorted out!

As i've said in the past, i believe that after Daniel died, Anna told Howard "ok now we've really got to update the will for Dannielynn" to which Howie would reply "let's wait until we've got Birkhead out of our hair. anyway Anna it's not like you're gonna die in the meantime". But alas, she did die in the meantime. That's the way i see it going down. When she insisted on changing the will, she ended up dead.
That is so weird about the secret child she had. I don't exactly know how old he is, but when that will was written up, I'll bet Anna was three sheets to the wind when she signed it. That would make it invalid.
Hopefully, a judge(not the jackass who presided over the recent court proceeding), will understand this and throw the will out.

That's exactly right. If Dannielynn get a dime, and Marshall Soto is her son too, they will have to split I'd assume.
