Oh, I am brimming with theories!

If Anna had gastric bypass surgery, there might be less evidence of pills ingested over the same period of time than with someone without gastric bypass.

Oprah's show yesterday featured women who became alcoholics after having gastric bypass. The alcohol affected them right away so the first drink made them absolutely drunk.

We know that Anna had a ravenous appetite, for food among other things, except in recent years she did little but drink, apparently. Where were the tales of her scarfing down pizza and fried chicken in her latter days? All I've seen is alcohol, gatorade, and grapefruit, which is mainly liquid.

As far as I can tell by my reading, no evidence of food was found in the autopsy.

What affect would a gastric bypass have had on her "medicine" intake?

It's not like she was a stranger to surgery or that she was someone who preferred the hard work of diet and exercise to lose weight.

Another theory: suppose Anna was intending to "marry" HK$ because he threatened her that if she didn't he would be forced to testify against her in the Daniel inquest?

If she did have gastric bypass, does that mean Trimspa isn't the wonder product for weight loss?? LOL

Fun Fun.

It's a possibility. But Dr. Perper said there was no evidence of recent surgery. He didn't say how recent tho. So that's a definite possibility.

What if HKS was literally starving her (except for grapefruit)? And the drugs were helping her cope with her appetite. To not feel hungry. "Don't forget the Trimspa deal, baby!"

What affect would a gastric bypass have had on her "medicine" intake?

Don't know.

It's not like she was a stranger to surgery or that she was someone who preferred the hard work of diet and exercise to lose weight. Another good one. Or he was afraid of what she would say at Daniels inquest, so he drugged her and carried her onto the boat for this fake marriage. But this is with the assumption that the Bahamans have the same law as we do here wrt spouses testifying against each other.

I proposed that Anna had Gastric Bypass back about post 2000, but I don't think anyone read it, haha. But I believe that because she had the injectible B12 found in the fridge.

Second reason, the liquid methadone. When you have gastric bypass, pills do not dissolve easily. Hence the normal chewable vitamins because nothing stays in your stomach long, think funnel. Therefore, the need for liquid methadone to get the full affect without losing 25% of the medicine out the back door so to speak.

Third, the rapid weight loss. Come on, she LOVED TO EAT.

Also, it would be easier to overdose as the absorption rate is faster when it is in bypassed stomach. Plus, easier to die from other ailments.

Just my opinion and knowledge from being a gastric bypass patient who takes injectible B12 sometimes. Mostly do sublingual though. But no more diabetes!!
