Anna Nicole Smith collapsed in her hotel room at the Hard Rock Cafe and Casino in Hollywood, Fla., and was rushed to a hospital on Thursday. A Hollywood, Fla., fire department spokesman told MSNBC TV that the actress was unresponsive when the rescue unit arrived on the scene.
Sources confirmed to Access Hollywood that Smith was transported to Memorial Regional Hospital shortly after 2 p.m. EST on Thursday. Access Hollywood also is reporting that Smith was intubated at the scene.
Officials told the Miami Herald, "it does not look good."
There is no "Truth" to Howard either...swear as he may!!
Let me ask you this. The implied death threats were about a month before ANS died. Isn't is possible that there is a lot more to G Ben Thompson and Ford Shelly than you think. Why would you believe everything he said..just because he said it ..knowing that he allegedly made implied death threats.
Did you see where ANS thought the Mafia wanted to kill her. Perhaps this as a take off on the Marilyn Monroe persona.

That's called self-help, outlawed in the 1970s, but this is The Bahamas we're talking about and I have no idea what their squatters' rights laws are.
I suppose there is some law we could dig up in favor of Shelly giving the Judge a video made at his own home...probably even made without his permission.
Anna was mumbly-mouthed high on drugs, in front of his little daughter, and Howard was "kidding" around about it?!
That video was incriminating to Howard. Let him sue..LOL.

In this case she had to because these were welfare people. She said she would never rent to welfare folks again. By the way, they wound up in jail for welfare fraud because the checks should have gone to her. Now, in most cases, "Welfare" pays the landlord directly.
I don't know the identity of LE. TMZ reported that Shelly got the greenlight from a magistrate and a judge to go into the house. Did they give him the greenlight to take any item not belonging to him.
He had never seen it and didn't know what HKS had done to Riley that day - he was furious with both of them (HKS & ANS). I don't blame him.
Obviously ANS told him exactly where to find the things she wanted protected. And I doubt seriously that she would've thought the clown video was anything "bad" - she was too drugged out to have any sensibilities left in that area.
The video was not made a Shelly's home. It was made in a home that ownership was in dispute...but Shelly's name is not on the deed. It is G Ben Thompson. Though Shelly claims the money was his. If Jennifer Aniston makes a home video in a hotel villa that she is renting, the owner of the villa doesn't own the tape.
Howard is a Liar himself. He lives from one law-suit to another. That's a fact.
If you'd been religiously following this, you'd be aware that this case is such a mess, because the laws in the Bahamas are different than ours.
Howard doesn't even have to be the biological father of Dannilynnn to get custody of her there.. They do things their own way in the Bahamas..

Yuh I agree, But I know that Anna was a people user. She used them for whatever she wanted. I think the irony is that the Ford/Shelly's got a lot of bang for their buck. They have a bit over a million invested into her and look at the return they have gotten! I bet they have made some $$ from the "leaks" and now the Horizons is worth more than ever. They didn't have to commit crimes for her (that we know about)they didn't have to be at her beck and call for years on end. They didn't have to suffer like so many others around her did.
I love the leaks, if it weren't for them, I'd get bored waiting .... and we might never ever have found out about the methodone. I am sure we would never have seen the clown video etc. Rock on Shelly's/Thompson's ... keep the good stuff coming.

Do you think HKS made the clown video as blackmail to Anna? Telling Anna if you leave me or if you tell what i did to Daniel, i'll put the video out to the media and show you to be an unfit mother and Larry will get custody of your baby.
