HA HA, I was looking all over the web for this simple brine, and all I had to do was come to my homepage of FreeRepublic. Every other site I went to had so many other ingredients, and when you cook for a picky, traditional turkey and stuffing family, they don't want herbs and spices in their turkey. They want that stuff in their stuffing.
