It's funny that he says he wants to "quell any rumors to the contrary." Like there was a whispering campaign that he "likes girls."
Also funny how the adjective "flaming" is only commonly attached to both homosexuals and liberals.

Actually, that is what happened. His publicist said that he was straight, and Harris, who originally didn't want to say anything about his sexuality was put in the position of lying by letting the publicist's statement go unchallenged, or to set the record straight (as it were) and come out.
