Ditto that, I even saved it.

Thank you!
I needed that, excellent.
I'm forwarding that to my brother who loves Columbo. He wasn't even born yet when the show was on, but he watches the DVDs repeatedly.
I didn't disbelieve him, but it doesn't say it now...even he acknowledged that. Do you have a point?

I saw that too. The current article without the Zogby mention has been there for months, maybe even a year. Sounds like they've tapped out almost every fool with money out there and have few if any new takers.
Yeah! It was there. It was SO there I pinged the Admin Mods saying my hed (with Zogby) was more relevant to FReepers (and it was later included)! My point was to back him up!
HA!! HA!! HA!! Check this out!! Only one post in the posting history.

Things the owners of this new libtalk network should do.
Options and suggestions:
1) Don't bother. Give up.
2) Acknowledge that libs control TV, movies, magazines,
newspapers, music, and public radio and that really ought to be enough
3) If you're going to hire "entertainers" to be talk hosts,
get GOOD ones, not like the boring Frankenfraud or sleaze
king Je-rry! Je-rry!
4) Produce one or two half decent CENTRIST shows and try to land them on conservative talk stations, instead of
doing far-left-wing rants about the President being
Hitler. Sure, the ratings won't be as high as conservative hosts, but people would rather hear Alan Colmes than
Mike Malloy or Randi Rhodes. (And even he would get
weak ratings...)
5) Don't hire "writers". WRITERS? This is a talk radio
show not Saturday Night Live! Let the hosts show their talent and attract callers.
WRITERS???
6) PAY YOUR BILLS and be responsible. Don't run up
$20 million in debt. Don't think that the government
is going to bail you out, or that you can do a pledge
drive a la public radio/NPR
7) Realize "radio is a business". Makes money.
Puts out good product. Conservatives have known
this for years. Liberals ignore it.
That being said, Rush, Hannity, Savage, Ingraham, O'Reilly,
et all have nothing to worry about.
oh, and 8)entertain and inform, instead of trying to use your shows to win elections. The latter may eventually follow but being entertaining and informative (and truthful) is
more important...naah, they'll never learn.
