Umm.. Ok, first of all, Harley needs no state help. Second of all, umm, why hammer your unions on wages and benefits when you're pre-selling most every powertrain you're going to make for the next four years?

The union deal, of course, is between the company and the union. But taking state money for a very profitable company is just plain stupid.
