We were in Honolulu last month. Our tour guide took us past Dog's office on the way back from Pearl Harbor. Dog is not popular with the Hawaiians.

Yep. We can arrest a citizen and send him to Mexico to face charges but we can't arrest illegal immigrants and send THEM back to Mexico?

I'm not a Dog Chapman fan, but this stinks to high heaven. That's because Dog came into Mexico illegally and took a guy who paid good bribes and promised more money back to the USA for trial.
Mexico is tough when it comes to their border regarding others and those who interfere with their bribes.
