Warning shot? Not SOP as far as I know. Something smells here.

It's San Diego County doncha' know. This guy's gonna' get hurt real bad by the police department when they find out he fired a warning shot.

San Diego don't do no warning shot!

After several days it is now clear that that more than just something smells in this case.

Many experts in the police profession say the office over reached and over stepped his authority.

One professional said that it seemed more like the young man had his pride hurt so decided to take justice into his own hands.

Most agree that Mansker the officer needs to be sacked and quickly.

However, it would not be unusual for the cops to protect one of their own, if you know what I am getting at.
