That's my supposition. He's the best guy they could install; despite the fact that apparently many people here aren't wild him, he's generally well-respected. I don't have strong feelings either way about him. I do think Menefee is very good, and maybe they will move him in there full time, eventually.
I'm just surprised they couldn't find one adequate person to take one of those two jobs.
