I just read your story about Crazy Betty.
You know, the irony in the story is the fact that she created so much traffic and held up so many cars that they couldnt reach their peak fuel efficiency speed of 35-55 mph. So in effect, her "clean" electric cart/car probably created 10 times more pollutants than she saved! (which is also debatable)
