She's got a video camera on her property. My recommendation to her neighbors is a) stay off her property, and b) remember she's videotaping whatever you're doing.

There's a whacko mental case woman two doors away from me. If a neighbor's tree limb overhangs the fence into her yard, she calls the city. If a neighbor puts out bird feed and any of the birds are seen to fly from his yard to her yard, she calls the city. If a contractor working on a neighbor's property leans anything against the chain link fence on the neighbor's side, she takes pictures of her side of the fence and calls the city. She hobbles out on her walker and laboriously puts rocks across her driveway to prevent anyone from using her driveway to turn around. She laboriously placed rocks in front of her driveway culvert to prevent rain runoff from up the street crossing through her property, even if it means her own basement floods from the resulting standing water in the yard.

Maybe some day she'll shoot the mailman.
