Jmoo attended the last hearing and had a chance to ask Cheshire if Gottlieb's report had been handed over. Cheshire said they had just received it, but hadn't had time to read it. Whoever speculated that Gottlieb's report was the 36 pages of new discovery turned over that day was right.
Yep the 17 page motion was what I expected it to be:
1. A repeat of Nifong's prior statements to show Titus how uninformed he was when issuing his motion. I wonder if Titus issued his motion in response to Nifong whining.
2. A review of the relevant Constitutional law pointing out to Titus how dumb he is about Constitutional law.
