I would love it if the end result of this case is that the defense proves that prosecutors and others in local law enforcement get lots of "freebies", and look the other way. At a minimum, Nifong should be disbarred for prosecuting a case that has never had probable cause. I hope these boys file a federal case, and win a TON of money, when all is said and done.
