My view: if the guy appears in court or files papers in the lax case, give the pictures to CourtTV to run whenever his name is mentioned. Also, mention all the swinger groups he belongs to, and the "Interracial Hookups" group. That will get the race baiters in the Durham community all worked up, and the church groups, too. The DA is trying to wreck the lives of 3 innocent guys with lies and a sheer abuse of power. They deserve belittlement and abuse whenever it can be accomplished.
If he's not personally involved, and is on the traffic court detail at the DA's office, I'd say leave him alone.
