'twas odd seeing this on Sci-Fi, until I saw Matt Lauer as host and remembered that Sci-Fi is owned by NBC.

It won't matter. The Cylons could show up any day.

The thing that strikes me as just slightly odd, is how the moonbats CONSTANTLY rag on conservatives for stoking the fires of terror to sell the war, etc-- but NEVER acknowledge their role in fear-mongering.

Crap like this is instead viewed as a responsible warning.

Too bad they are about to kill off their best series with particularly aweful writing -- Stargate SG1. It was really good until they went and turned it into Star Trek with all the Omnipotent Plot Devices.

Has anyone told Al Gore about this? The other day he assured earth's civilization that "we still have time to save the planet."

Matt Lauer. Drama queen. He's like the stooge in a cheap suit, that stands there next to the rotating drum, anxiously awaiting the drop of each ball on lottery night.

I saw the ad tonight to. It's ECW wrestling. Wrestling on the science fiction channel. There's no science to the sport built on a foundation of fakery, fiction, and drama the likes of a bad soap opera.

I think the most likely way the world could end the following day is if the US of A elected Algore the Chief Executive the day prior.

It is science FICTION. Remember that when the moonbats try to point at this "news".

About as funny as when the "learning" channels cover UFO footage and the paranormal.

You and I recognize this dramtatized tripe for what it is-- but there are a lot of gullible, budding moonbats out there that will accept these dire warnings as gospel.

After watching the whole thing, I noted that there was not a single dissenting viewpoint when refering to global warming-- in any aspect: causes, consequences or possible remediation.

In all of the other potential disasters, the universal axiom was that we aren't doing enough (i.e. spending government money) to study and prepare for them.
