They were done by noon -- and they handed down 66 indictments.
There were 11 seniors on the team. I wonder if the ten who will stand with him will be all the other seniors.

Hubby says 1st degree kidnapping in this case means detaining her against her will on top of another felony--the rape.
He's not possitive, because he's familiar with CA. law, not NC law.
Okay.......the guy on MSNBC acted like it was an extra charge.
remember folks, all it takes is for the black dominated jury to decide to punish a few white guys ....there doesn't need to be any avidence...
and even if a few whites get on the jury, some whites are so weak minded that they'll probably want to be PC and just go along.....
the whole case needs to be thrown out.....

Oh he must have been the one who first detained her in the bathroom. All because some of his DNA was found on the fingernail in the trashcan in the bathroom where he lives. And even then it is not a conclusive match...have I got that right? This GJ must be totally in Nifong's hip pocket and he knows it. I for one hope the attorney "scorches" Mikey 'til his skin hurts.

The other two players were also charged with kidnapping. I did not understand that either.
One thing we know, based on this GJ, they'll never get a fair trial down there.
