Cuomo says he doesn't think there'll be an indictment Monday. Meadows disagrees. Cuomo and Kimberly suggest that Nifong may use the complaint procedure rather than the grand jury.

Now does anyone -- other than these two -- really believe that Nifong is going to want to prove probable cause to a judge and have the defense respond in a courtroom? No way that's gonna happen.

There is no probable cause hearing in NC anyway.
