Gosh, I wonder what was "on" the four they left behind!!!

At this point, I wouldn't bat an eye if you told me the DPD planted evidence.

Well, the cat is out of the bag:

WRAL: "Reports say the DNA from one of Duke's lacrosse players was found under the victim's fingernail."

Lisa PINTO: Rita, she was fighting so hard for oxygen, I don't think she knew what happened, except that she was being held down and fighting for her life. But Rita, how do you know, if 43 people don't have, if they have sex but they don't ejaculate, does that mean they didn't penetrate her?

Maybe Crystal claimed 43 men raped her at one point?

Only in this case!

I've gotta go

__________

Exactly. The key words there are STICK ON nails, which mean even when they are off the adhesive can still attract material especially if picked up by someone and put in a trash can.

So there isn't really DNA from a player *under* her fingernail....

There is DNA similar to one of the players on a piece of fingernail-shaped acrylic with a partially tacky surface that was found in a trashcan in the bathroom.

The pubic hair could have also been found in the same trashcan.

What is that law of transfer we heard so much about in other trials?

That hair could have been in the trashcan for weeks. There are many forms of *DNA* that could have been there, and many ways it could have come to be in that same trashcan.

These players sound like pretty meticulous housekeepers to me!
