I work at MSU, and I can't imagine we're number 2 on that list, but I can believe we rank higher than U of M.
MSU is also number 20 on the Playboy Top Party Schools.

I can attest to the fact that Albion has been turning out some of the nicest, sweetest and prettiest co-eds for decades. I have been married to one of them (class of '63) for 39 years.
