who's gonna dole out the punishment this time: you, me or Auntbee?
actually, this is exactly what pissant is going for: negative attention.
The key is moderation (OK,that and keeping a food diary). :)
and muscle weighs more than fat
Not me. I am in no place to make fun of anyones weight.
I commend them for having the will power and drive to try to change. Me, I am too tired and too miserable to even try to do anything about my weight. I have given up and given in to the fact I am what I am.
I really wish those who are here to poke fun or be mean would just go away. (not you, others)
counting calories, too. I just ate two fried chicken fingers...will cut back on my next meal.
No, I don't remember saying I hated anything related to women (expect those who won't loan me money). Would a Size 2, 38DD catch my eye? Yeah. I aint' gay, you know. Do I hate women who don't meet that measurement? No, never have, never will.
But you're very muscular too. Go by how your clothes fit. If I believed my scales, I'd shoot myself ;)
I started doing it because I hate cardio and my shoulders were hurting from lifting weights.
Today is day 32 for me and my workout is
3 pull ups
6 push ups
9 squats
I do this continually for 15 minutes. It sounds easy but by your 10th rep you're sweating like a pig and you're muscles are burning.
Those sound great! Easy, too (I love easy recipes!).
I didn't make that post because I was insinsuating that anyone on that ping list makes fun of the overweight. It was directed at the use of "fowl language, posting obsene photos, etc".
I'm not weighing myself - I'm using the clothing measure. Nothing under size 14 fits anymore.
I'm alternating between sad and angry about this. I can't believe that with all the rabbit food and the biking, nothing is happening.
That is really great!
Thats not true... Im almost always nice and dont have to resort to verbal attacks, name calling, or nasty pictures! LOL....well, unless I have to.
YOure the only one that anyone should be concerned about :o)
MM
I'm not muscular anymore . . . and I don't weigh myself. I go by how clothes fit, and nothing fits right now.
Pictures of perfectly healthy, normal, beautiful women you've called 'fat' etc. More than once. Plus posting pictures of super boobed size 0 nekkid chicks to show what 'hot' was.
You've been pretty nasty to any picture of someone who's overweight, even by a small amount. And you've been consistant about your contempt for anyone who is overweight and not having will power etc.
Why do you think I've quit so many threads?
If you like things a little spicy, this is delicious.
