My fellow Freepers,
The movie "End of the Spear" opens nation-wide today. It will be playing in over 1,200 screens across the country.
I will be seeing this movie with my family this weekend and hope many of you will as well.
It would be great if this movie made more money at the box office than Brokeback Mountain. Hollywood would be stunned - I can hear them now:
"What is wrong with these crazy Christians in this country...supporting movies with themes about God, sacrifice and family? There's no gay cowboys, adultery, drug-users, pedophiles or glorification of serial killers! These Christians are loopy."
Please take the fam to see this flick this weekend. To find out if it's playing in a theater near you, click here:

Looks interesting.
Do you post about anything else?
Good Morning.

So far the movie is Falcon28's only reason for living
Here's a review of the movie:

Hmm, just saw on Fox's alligator crawl that they've found some remote mountain tribe without 'writing'. But the they seemed to have more math skills than experts expected...leading them to say that they think geometry is 'hard-wired' into the brain.
Yep, my only reason for living. You hit the nail on the head. Good morning to you as well.
(Unforgiveness is like eating rat poison and expecting the other person to get sick.)
Sounds like this movie is right up your alley.
People do not generally get away with using FR as an advertising tool.
Didn't work on the movie, don't know anybody who did...but nice try though. Now have a cup of coffee, take a walk around the block and relax.
An obvious attempt at virus marketing. Kind of naive and interesting...
I don't get the obsession a lot of Freepers have with how much money Brokeback Mountain does or doesn't make. At the end of the day, whatever money the film makes will have been earned because it was a good movie. I probably wouldn't go to see it twice but it was good entertainment for the ticket price. Who cares how much money it makes?
My dark suspicion is that Brokeback Mountain is another Tender Mercies...am I correct in this?
I think he is being allowed to stay so far because this is a movie that many FReepers are interested in. And he isn't sending us to modeling websites.
We shall see if there is anything else to him.
uggghhh, enough already. geez
Ok, I will stop teasing you now. But only because I have to go to work.
