The length of that suspension was very misleading. The suspension probably would have lasted through all of last season, but last season was cancelled due to the NHL labor dispute.

Derek Staudt, 19, of Arvada, yells at Todd Bertuzzi during the Canucks' skate-around Thursday night at the Pepsi Center. The Canucks were playing in Denver for the first time since Bertuzzi injured former Avs player Steve Moore in a game on March 8, 2004, in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Steve Moore is still in rehab 2 years later? I think it's safe to say he probably won't be playing hockey again. I love the Av's. The 13 game suspension of Todd Bertuzzi stinks. He'll get his.
