I don't see how you could put anything ahead of Looney Tunes especially The simpsons and southpark...Good heavens, those aren't cartoons, cartoons are suppose to be for kids, those are not kid cartoons.

I think you should break your list up into two catagories. Kid Cartoons, and adult. You're comparing apples to oranges, IMO.
