This film was a lot of hype and hot air. The characters were all cartoons without any real depth. I watched about 40 minuets of George Lucas' cash cow giving milk and then walked out of this boring movie. Went to see 'War of the Worlds' which was a blast. Tom Cruise was merely adequate playing a single father who becomes a hero. Cruise ought to take acting lessons. Dakota Fanning stole the movie! She was great!

You're smarter than I am. I figure if I paid 8 bucks for a movie ticket, I'll sit through it. I've never walked out of a movie, no matter how lousy it is. (And I've suffered through some stinkers.)

But this is what gets me, look at the movies that are out (or will soon be out), ie: Bewitched, Dukes of Hazzard, Star Wars Episode 3, Willy Wonka, all remakes or sequels. Can't somebody in Hollywood come up with a new idea?
