If you've got a problem (at work, for instance) you'll want to sit down and talk about it ... Your man will instantly give you practical steps towards fixing the problem. He thinks he's helping. Explain that you appreciate his desire to assist, but all you want him to do is sympathise as you talk around the problem in your own way. Speaking as a woman, I deeply appreciate a man's advice, the direct, answer-type advice, but sometimes I also need to talk about the problem a little, to define it. However, women can get stuck in defining stage and sometimes really need to hear a wise, direct solution that has not occurred to them.

Logic for many women is not a strong point. Then again, for alot of men it isn't either (especially liberal ones). ;o)

Lived in Reno for about 5 years. I'm only here for the work, and there is plenty of it. Not to mention my house has more than doubled in value in less than 5 years. Soon I will be somewhere green, and I can look forward to that!

IN a healthy relationship between a man and a woman, it's a 2 way street.
However, in the last 40 or so years, it has become a 1 way street as far as women are concerned......
I am sorry, psychic abilities are for the birds and palm readers.
If and when GOD chooses to send me a woman in my life, I don't want her to have those immature minds games, and trying to read her mind, if she has a need or problem, I at least want her to tell me in plain English.

Sometimes, the best answers or solutions to a problem are the simple answers or solutions.
For most men, why go into unnecessary details and waste time, when it is not needed.

The point about the phone is correct except when they are really interested in you. They will talk for hours if they think they have a chance. My husband hates talking on the phone, but when he was "chasing me" he would talk until his ear almost dropped off.

Yeah, born in Anaheim, lived in OC, then to Riverside, then
to Palm Springs. Kept moving as the population increased I guess. I still like San Diego, and anything along ANY coast! Love the ocean!

I had the same reaction one time when I was talking to my stepmother ( she is of the liberal mindset ) and her and I were talking about politics.
Our discussion was on a main " HOT BUTTON " issue of contention between Liberals and Conservatives.
I asked her a simple Idealogical question.
After I made my point, all she said was " I never thought of it that way before , or it never occurred to me before "
I could see in her face " a RAY OF HOPE " that she might " SEE THE LIGHT " in her liberal mindset, and her mind and thinking would be set free from Liberal Ideology bondage, all because of a simple question, with out going into a lot of detail.

That because they have been deceived and hypnotized by the feminist agenda.

Men's peripheral vision isn't as good as women's.Didn't know that, but men still check out women more frequently then we check out other men. I think we are more subtle ... okay sneaky :) I kinda enjoy the little tricks my husband uses to check other women out. Like walking behind me. He thinks I can't see him, but doesn't he realize I grew eyes in the back of my head when the kids were born.
