We saw a preview of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory when we went to see War of the Worlds, yesterday. It actually looked pretty interesting. Depp didn't come off as creepy in the long trailer as he did in the teaser trailer.

If he's creepy... it's a good thing. I'm thinking they did the story right this time.

Loved that book as a kid. Loved a lot of Dahl's weird, dark humor. The Gene Wilder version cleaned it up and sanitized it too much for my liking.
