The bike is loaded wrong. You need two baskets, slung around axle height. Lowering the center of gravity makes it easier to handle.
The load is the same, and it looks rather heavy. Not likely to weigh more than a person, though. I could handle it.
It would also be a lot lighter when I took the empties for recycling. (Path of same: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ )
