okay
JUST TALKED TO THE JUDGE!
Case WAS settled Monday--
ALL parties agreed on the following.
Three doctors were picked and approved by BOTH PARTIES!
If 2 of the 3 found that Miss Mae could be moved to Emory or Birmingham with a DECENT chance of surivival then this would happen- and that the grandaughter would remain as guardian.
The Doctors had a phone conference Monday night at about 6:00 pm.
What was decided- the judge does not know--
SO please do NOT bug the judge!
I copied the news release and email it to a dozen FOXNews reporters. Tried CNN but I don't know if they got it. Sent it to local MSM's, too.
I hope they don't agree for the grandaughter to remain the guardian. One of the mistakes the Schindlers made was giving sole guardianship to MS
Thank you for the update. I hope we hear from the family soon.
Why do you call yourself "eeevil" conservative? You are obviously the ooposite of "evil"
Thank you for everything you have done for this woman. Have to keep reading the thread now. Must contact Brother and sister and tell them that the biggest mistake made in Terri Schindlers legal case is that nobody requested that Terri have her own attorney. Must tell brother and sister to ask the judge for an attorney for the woman.
Gonna quit now and keep reading the thread.

My Reply: Any updates? Is Mae (hope I have her name correct) still being starved? Would they transport a woman they are starving to death?
My bottom line is food and hydration. Although I am not Catholic I believe the Catholic Church has got it right. Food and Hydration even if given though means other than the mouth are ordinary care and must be provided. Unless such a person who is in final stages of a terminal disease, say cancer, where food and water actually hurt the person. That is my bottom line- Food and Water- Everyone (exceptions noted) has food and water as a God Given Right.
Anyone- What is our best course of action as of right now?
Thanks for digging up that info and bringing a measure of sanity to this thread, BUT . . . how the h#!! do a bunch of random busybodies from some internet forum have a right to all this private family information????
INFO.BUMP
