I've always dreamed of announcing my departure from a forum, but it always works out that I either get banned, or I simply get too busy/bored and stop using the forum. I've never gotten around to going out with a blaze of glory with 1500+ responses to a vanity. Hard to top that.

Last forum I departed from was a ghost ship running on automatic with no-one at the helm.
It was a miracle the server hadn't crashed as no-one had taken care of the file maintenance in almost a year.
The forum before that went defunct.

For awhile, I was afraid to hang my hat anywhere, as everywhere I went had gone belly up.

I still aven't truly hung a hat anywhere.
