According to local news reports, the man also bit the child. Police had to taser him several times to subdue him.
He is the father of the child.

Pick this guy up and throw him down the stairs repeatedly, over and over and over.
If he survives throw him in general population for awhile.
then let him go to trial, eye witnesses, quilty enough for me..

"He is the father of the child."I could think of a lot of things to call him, but "father" wouldn't be one of them.

According to bioethicists like Michael Schiavo's Doctor who is treating Terri, it;s okay to toss an infant because an infant does not have self awareness, cognitive thinking. It's what they call a "non-person". Therefore, no crime has been committed. HOWEVER, had this been a dog or a cat that was thrown at the authorities, he should be arrested and charged with aggravated assault on a cat-person or dog-person, and if this cat-person or dog-person dies, charged with murder of a "person".

Just a horrible, horrible thing. Poor baby.
A friend of the mother's was on the news, telling how she couldn't go in the house to help the baby. It was heartbreaking.

That Sir, is why you are loosing the debate.
Your emotions and morality is in the right place, but how it is being applied, is simply missing the mark.
You Sir, are causing more damage, than helping.

Timothy Lee Staten, 25 And at first I thought the last name was Satan.

Obviously he didnt resist enough since it is a live mug shot and not a picture from the coroner.

FR is literally clogged with circus threads.
Take it over to one of them, and quit trying to hijack this one.

It does sound very satanic.
The baby's face was reportedly disfigured and she was bitten severely.
What's with Minnesota lately? It's a world gone mad.

I'm sure the usual suspects will blame this on Pawlenty too.

What's with Minnesota lately? It's a world gone mad. What mid-western State had the majority of voters choose John Kerry for President?
Giggle: John Kerry has been so forgotten, it took me a few minutes to remember his name!
