Windows doesn't do 'drag-n-drop' as good as - oh, say a Macintosh does.;-)

Besides, what's so hard about "insert/picture/from file"? It's Windows babe, be thankful you don't have to go to the command line.

Thanks. Yes I know I can do an insert picture from file. The point is, though, that I SHOULD (?) also be able to do a drag and drop. If there's a problem in Windows with my doing so, I 'd like to know about it because it could affect me some other way in the future.
