Heavenly Father, we return to thank You for the love You have given us for our little companions ... how we rejoice when all is well, and how we suffer when it is not. We pray for Your healing hand to rest mightily upon Casey, O God ... strengthen her during the night, that she would be able to return to a measure of health tomorrow. Cause her to respond to all that Chris is doing for her ... may the lab report be encouraging ... may she regain the normal functions of her body. Thank You that Your mercy is extended to all of creation ... shower Casey and Chris and his Mom with an extra measure of mercy this night, O God, that they might rejoice in renewed health. In the Name of Jesus, I pray, Amen ...

Bad news though, Casey just had a bowel movement with much strain and I noticed a little blood in the stool.

Any recommendations on what that might be? Or is it just the strain of this illness?
