The deadliest raid on Coalition forces in Iraq occurred yesterday when a 122mm rocket struck a mess tent in Mosul. Twenty-two people are confirmed dead, including 20 Americans, and 66 are wounded--42 of these were American service members.
The Dow has hit a 3 1/2 year high. Question for the left--who's been President that whole time?
And North Korea is stated to be the only country on Earth free of AIDS, according to a North Korean newspaper, the Pyongyang Time.

I am so much loving hearing about the other's and their snow/cold.
For a change, we aren't getting socked and I am sooo happy.
I've always been an early riser. Even during the days off from school, I love the early morning. Unfortunately I turn into a pumpkin by 9:30 sometimes....
I washed all the blankets I could find yesterday.
We have pretty much mapped out the sleeping arrangements.
I keep procrastinating on my shopping list for today, but I really need to get in gear.
I want to make sure I don't have to run to the store tomorrow for ANYTHING.

I am so bad about it that I often get up before 2AM. I was up this AM at 1:30 and I'm ON VACATION, FOR CRYING OUT LOUD! :))
I hope spring holds off for awhile here in South TX. I am enjoying the low electric bills.
I often want to take blankets and wrap them over Mary and Joesph when I see them displayed outside.
One of the neighbors has a lighted artificial palm tree lit up in their front yard. I really am beginning to like that tree.

I am putting off going to the grocery store. I was going to go yesterday, but it poured down rain.

I always tell my children that once the winter solstice is over, the days start getting longer.
It's going to rain here too, but I have to just run between the drops I guess.
I last until about 1:00 p.m. and then I turn into a zombie.
