An apologetic young Lt. called the standby phone and asked for flight meals for his crew. When I got to the kitchen and made them, he was there to pick them up.

I waxed enthusiastic about what a beautiful day it was to be flying... &ct... That turned him loose. He was VERY happy to be flying today. These kids are so wonderful. And I am honored to be able to serve them.

Update on Emily Jane

LOLOL, daughter and her hubby just returned from visiting her....

..GUESS WHAT???????

...She was lying there with her eyes wide open....big blue eyes wide open!!!!!...looking around....I kid you not!!

Both mommy and daddy got to feed her......

..she's now taking triple amount of food and is completely off oxygen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This little princess was just born 5 days ago!!!!-8 weeks early!

I think Emily wants to go play with mommy and daddy :))
