Anybody awake yet?
Yep
Sister and I plan on taking Mom out Christmas shopping this morning.
Thats nice!!!
I'm here. I'm going to meet my DIL at 10:00 to get a couple of Christmas gifts I'm not capable of doing myself.
I know nothing about digital cameras. So I really appreciate her help.
Mozie... from what I understand Brett is going to eventually shave his head when Deanna loses the rest of her hair due to the Chemo.
A dusting of *S* over night, but the real story this afternoon will be the high winds coming in.
Could play havoc for the Packers and Lions game later on as they have a 3:15 start.
Are you making progress with the baking?
I'm up.
Good morning.
Have two grandchildren here sleeping like angels.....the almost two year old and the 6 month old. The little one should awake in an hour or so, and then this Grammy will be on duty. The parents have promised that they'll be here to pick them up at 8am. Good plan.
We continue to slowly decorate around here. We won't be in full decorating mode until next weekend.
Sounds like you're having fun with the grandchildren.
Thanks you two for those uplifting, encouraging words!
Here's a cute story...
...yesterday, they let Jenny hold Emily, but they're keeping Emily under bilirubin lights to protect against jaundice. ---(my son had them too)
..but now, thanks to modern technology they have invented a bilirubin blanket!!
So while Jenny held Emily, they turned on the blanket, and Jen said all you can see is Emily's head with her pink cap on, and a green glowing blanket.
She said Emily looked like a little glow worm :))))
Again, your words made my heart glow!!!!
Eagles play the Redskins tonight should be a good game.
:-)
God bless
I have 2 all day roadtrips this week, so it's going to be hit and miss with the decorating.
I'm concerned about those winds they are predicting for us. Have you heard how long they're supposed to last?
I can't stand Terrell Owens, but the Eagles look like the team to beat in the NFC.
In Washington...
the advances that have been since 93 in neo-natal are extraordinary.
Glow worm... too cute!
