Nude Man Attacked By K-9 Cop

Minneapolis (WCCO) A man is recovering at HCMC from an excruciating attack by a K-9 cop.
A police officer and Zak, a German shepherd, were tracking down a naked man who was suspected of breaking into a South Minneapolis home.
When the suspect came outside, police say the suspect attacked the officer and his dog.
Ron Reier, the Minneapolis Police spokesman said, “He actually struck the officer in the head with his fists and lunged at the officer and the dog."
That's when Zak bit the suspect in the groin area during the struggle in the backyard.
A K-9 supervisor says the report indicates, the suspect kept moving his arms around during the ordeal.
Sgt. Danny May, a K-9 supervisor said, “ Because of that, the groin was exposed and the dogs aren't trained to bite in that area and never trained not to."
K-9 officers say all police dogs are trained to react if their partner is attacked.
May said, "That was something the dog does on instinct, the officer didn't give a command."
The man suffered a severed testicle and a lacerated penis. He is still unidentified because he had no identification with him at the time of the attack.

Apparently the dog knows how to play "Go Fetch the Stick."
That's it, I'm never breaking into house and then run around naked. I would hate to lose the family jewels.
Well, I'm not clear if he came out of his own home, or out of a home he was burglarizing, but coming out naked and assaulting a cop and his dog is gonna get you a lot of pain either way.

You got that right. It even says in the article itself the man attacked the officer AND the dog.
When will people learn, you just can't attack an officer without paying the price. In this case, a very steep price.
And to THINK, some people actually think it strange when I go "streaking" with only my jock-strap & cup!

What WCCO left out of their story is that the dog is being treated as if it were a two-legged officer that had been involved in a shooting.
That's right.....the pooch is on adminstrative leave pending completion of an investigation.
You can't make that up.

Note to stupid criminals. DO NOT attack the police office with the dog. NOT under ANY circumstance. For once the punishment seem to have fit the crime.
For some reason, that little detail just cracks me up.
WCCO also left out the fact that it took several officers with at least one taser to finally subdue the moron, even after the chomping he took.
Blame the dog.

He may get some refresher training if they think this scenario may recurr... When they can find a volunteer to assist... naked ;~D
