didnt she say after 9-11, that America deserved to be attacked? I could have sworn she said that

Portman's presence at HU is not entirely surprising. She was born in Jerusalem in 1981, the daughter of a Israeli doctor and an American mother. When she was three, the family moved to the United States. In past interviews, Portman has talked with pride about her Israeli roots and said she keeps in close touch with her relatives here. Last year, as a student in Harvard, Portman sent a letter to the Harvard Crimson student newspaper in defense of Israel. In February, 2003, she visited terror victims at the Hadassah-University Hospital in Jerusalem's Ein Kerem Now who would you rather go to movies to see this courageous woman or the typical Hollywood star?
Your choice Sean, Alex, Whoopie, Barbara etc.
Or Natalie?

I don't watch movies. I thought that she was at least a supporter of Israeli independence but judging by the post's here she is not!

Don't be so hasty. She mimics Sean, Alex, Whoopie, Barbara, etc...
She's a Bush Basher, which amazes me given her roots to Isreal. She's also anti-Iraq war.
