I am MAD in Washington State. My Dad runs a polling place. He stayed up both nights on the weekend to work on getting all the materials together for today's election. He made sure that he was following the letter of the law on voting. Then he got up early to get the polling place all set up.

Then King 5 News makes it's "report" that the electronic polling is suspect because there isn't a paper trail. I went to my polling place and SAW A REAM of paper coming off each and every machine documenting the whole process. There is INDEED a paper trail a mile long.

When the ____ (fill in your own word) are we going to allow the American public to make the choice of President? Why is it that News sources today can't do the old fashioned - check out your story? Why is it that people are accepting one side to the News without getting both sides for an objective viewpoint? We as Americans need to learn to raise a much bigger stink and make this kind of Shoddy reporting public in order to demand the FACTS. We deserve to have ALL our votes counted and not discredited, whether Republican, Democrat or Libertarian, otherwise we might as well be living in Cuba.
