I have a hard time getting by anyone who would support Kerry. He's a UN loving, commie loving, America hating traitor. Can't get by that. He's also an abortionist pig. Can't put lipstick on that. He's a tax and spend Massachusetts liberal. In fact, even more liberal than Kennedy. Can't get by that. And he's a fraud and a liar to boot. Anyone who would even remotely consider Kerry as presidential material is NO conservative.
I would still hold Gore at fault because he was part of the previous administration (Clinton) that ignored terrorists and caused 9/11. He would also have been part of the previous administration that caused the recession.
The BEST thing to ever happen to Clinton was GORE losing. It was the only way that the left has avoiding having to own up to the mistakes of their weak positions on defense and risky-misguided economic policies.
If GORE was the president right now the main campain issue would be how it was his fault for 9/11 and the recession. Both issues fail the test when talking about Bush, but would apply to GORE if he had won.
