Kerry unclear

Has anyone noticed something that I have noticed recently? Kerry is unclear on Iraq. He says that President Bush had absolutely no justifiable reason for attacking Iraq. He says that there was no proof that Sadam Hussein was involved with Al Quiada. Then he says that if he were president he would have gone about conquering Iraq very differently. If there was no reason for attacking Iraq and he is criticizing Bush for attacking, why is he talking like he also would have attacked Iraq? Has anyone noticed this? Is this just one more example of a Kerry flip-flop or am I just hearing wrong?

Kerry continues to say that Presidaent Bush made the "wrong decisions." However, in his entire career, Kerry has rarely been in a position to make a decision. In one of those rare times, it was his decision to cut and run when he came under fire.
As President, Kerry would make those same kinds of decisions.
