It's Bush's fault
(actually, I don't use popup blockers since they tend to over-block, so I can't help)

It's not the popup blocker. I use FireFox and have all popups blocked, yet FR works fine.

Well, I thought Bush won the debate, oh sorry, wrong thread. Try rebooting your computer, that can cure a lot of flaky problems sometimes.

Try rebooting. I use Mozilla, and have to do that periodically.

My advice would be to use IE, if you are using something else that screws up worse than IE.

Remember, Firefox is still in beta until 11 October, so sometimes you will have to close it and make sure it is not running as a process either and then restart it.
But, first try rightclicking on your FP links and selecting "open in a new tab" and see if that works.

I believe, hello?, that we are at the Free Republican website.
You may want to go to the mozilla website and submit email asking for a fix there.

Using firefox now; no problems.
If you're FReeping from work, they may have blocked access to this site.

That's happened to me with firefox too. Several times. Rebooting didn't help. I ended up doing a system restore to earlier in the day and then things work fine. That's a very unsatisfying solution since I don't know what the problem is.... but the system is back to working.
It's not the ISP...IE works fine while firefox doesn't.
ONe thought that has crossed my mind is that a new virus update may have been installed ...
If someone gives you the answer I'd love to know the solution

Goto Tools | Options | Web Features. Check to see that FR is not listed in there. I use FF and have never had probs with the links. Try using the middle mouse button to open the links in a new tab.
