It is the same excuse they used for the Mama T recipie.

It tells you a lot about a person when they instinctively blame their staff fotr foul ups. My last boss was like that - I quit the job cold on her and she was so angry and bitter over it, she badmouthed me on my way out.

I made the right call. She didn't. She was relived of her duty as head of the department and was transfered to a cubicle in Accounting, amazingly enough, with a job description that simply defies belief.
