Talked to my dad today in SF. He said everyone is still morose over the election. My parents hung up their American flag as soon as Bush won. He also said their extremist mayor (Newsom) was rejected on every tax increase he tried to pass. Ha. Even the libs who control the city are fed up with the taxes, it appears. And the vagrant problem is even more out of control than when Willie ran things even though Newsom won because he promised to clean things up. My parents voted for Gonzales because a Repub could never win there and they said G. appeared to be a good person.
