Kool-aid is a reference to Jim Jones excursion to Guyana in which he forced his cult followers to drink poisoned kool-aid. It means dangerous teachings. Even Jesus used a reference about beware of the Pharisees yeast, but he was talking about their false teachings.

Alan Keyes is not teaching his beliefs about Bible doctrine. He is teaching about the "Declaration of Independence"

What is dangerous about that?

I was just wondering because "koolaid" is a term that the liberals always throw at us. When they call us koolaid drinkers, I refer to them as Heinz Ketchup-suckers.
